My dear, I can’t tell you how scared I was when I first came to rescue.  Everything startled me!  Sure, new experiences still throw me for a loop, but I adjust so much faster now.  It turns out that life is amazingly good and there’s so much to enjoy.  I play with other dogs, collect toys, and have a blast bursting in and out of the doggie door!  As if that’s not enough, I even have a job.  Yes, I am responsible for keeping the yard free of those pesky squirrels and I give this task my all!  When I come inside, I’m a calm dog.  Since I am house trained and I don’t chew on anything but dog toys, I have free reign of the house without any problems.  This is why I’m described as a dream dog, I guess.  I have energy to spare outside but settle down into a calm, reliable dog the minute I get inside.  What would be my dream permanent home?  Since you’re asking, I’ll tell you that a calm environment with another dog would be a dream come true for me!  What do you think?  Want to meet immediately?
